Rutledge Flats does not offer on-site parking. Paid parking is available directly beside and in front of the building.
Are there any unique entry requirements?
The leasing office is located in Unit 101, which is a converted micro-suite. Upon arrival, use the callbox located to the left of the front entrance. Dial 000 or search for “Leasing Office” in the callbox directory. A member of the leasing team will assist you with entering the building.
